About the service.

What is Remedio?

Remedio is a platform for requesting a general medical consultation at home in San Pedro Garza García and the Monterrey metropolitan area. Each consultation is provided by the physician who accepts it, under their own cédula profesional and professional responsibility.

Where does Remedio operate?

Today, in San Pedro Garza García and the Monterrey metropolitan area. If you live outside the area, create your account and register your address.

How do I request a visit?

From the app. Briefly describe your reason for the consultation, choose a time, and confirm your address and payment method.

How is the price confirmed?

The total price appears when you book the visit, before you confirm. That is the amount charged to your card. Evening, overnight and weekend supplements are already included in the total you see. The receipt stays in your account.

What if I have an emergency?

Remedio is not an emergency service. If your life is at risk, call 911 or go directly to the nearest emergency room.

What kind of consultation can I request?

A general consultation at home for non-urgent conditions. A licensed general physician with a current cédula evaluates, advises and prescribes where appropriate.

Do I get a prescription?

Yes, when your condition requires treatment. Your physician signs it and hands it to you on paper during the visit.

If your condition does not require medication, your physician does not prescribe one and explains what comes next.

Is my data secure?

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Mexican data-protection law. See the privacy notice for details.

How do I cancel a visit?

From the app, in your active visit — even if the physician has already arrived or the consultation has already begun. As long as you have not confirmed payment, cancelling costs nothing. If you have already paid, what you get back depends on the state of the visit: the detail is in Clause IX of the Terms of Service. If the physician cancels, you receive a full refund. Refunds take between 5 and 10 business days, a period your bank determines.

How do I escalate a problem with a visit?

Write to ayuda@remedio.mx and tell us what happened. We review every case and get back to you.
