What Remedio offers

A boutique practice, with platform backing.

Not gig work. A curated network of certified doctors with clinical autonomy, clear fees, and patients you've already read up on before you knock.

1
Your schedule, your call
Accept the visits that suit you. No mandatory on-call, no minimum quotas. Block availability in the app — you only see requests in the slots you open.
2
Private-market fees
Fees aligned with Monterrey's private market, reviewed yearly. Weekly bank-deposit payout, no surprise deductions. The exact figure lands during onboarding.
3
The patient, with context
Every request arrives with reason for visit, patient details, and a verified address. You read the case before you accept — you don't walk in blind.
4
Clinical autonomy
You make the call on diagnosis, treatment, and prescription. Remedio runs the platform; you run the consult. Your professional license (cédula profesional) and experience stand behind your judgment.
Compensation

Clear from first contact.

The model is transparent. The per-tier breakdown lands during the onboarding conversation.

Private-market fees per visit
Reviewed yearly. The exact REMEDIO marketplace commission split and breakdown by tier (Scheduled / Regular / Urgent) land during onboarding.
Weekly payout · bank deposit
Every week, Remedio settles your completed visits. No surprise withholdings, no delays.
Automatic supplements
Evening, weekend, and Urgent-rate visits carry a supplement — it flows to both the patient charge and your fee.
No fees, no penalties
You don't pay to be on the network. No charge for declining a visit. Onboarding is free.
Requirements

The Remedio standard.

The credentials floor that protects your colleagues, your patients, and your own practice.

Documented clinical experience
Minimum 3 years of active clinical practice post-internship. General medicine, family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics specialty preferred.

How to apply

Three steps. One conversation.

The application is brief. The verification is thorough. Onboarding is supervised — the standard protects everyone.

STEP 01
Apply online
Name, professional license, specialty, and a brief note on why Remedio. We respond within 5 business days to schedule a conversation.
STEP 02
Credential verification
We validate your license with SEP, plus specialty, liability insurance, RFC, and references. All discreet. Confirmation within 2 to 3 weeks.
STEP 03
Supervised onboarding
A Remedio lead reviews your first 10 visits the same day. After that, full autonomy. The process protects your reputation and your colleagues'.
Worth knowing up front

Five points from the agreement, in plain terms.

Worth reading before you apply. If anything doesn't sit right, we walk through it in the conversation.

POINT 01
You're an independent provider, not an employee.
Remedio runs as a marketplace. You accept the requests that interest you and manage your own schedule. There's no employment relationship. For tax purposes you're an independent provider operating under your own license.
POINT 02
We report your aggregate income to SAT.
Required by Chapter IX BIS of Mexico's federal labor law (digital platforms), Remedio reports your gross platform income to SAT. You issue your own invoices. It's fiscal transparency, not supervision.
POINT 03
Controlled substances: paper prescription.
If a prescription requires sealed paper (controlled substances, narcotics, certain psychotropics), it happens off-platform — directly with the patient, under your license. Remedio doesn't process or store these.
POINT 04
If something goes wrong, you have recourse.
Complaints get resolved by conversation first. To appeal an administrative decision (suspension, removal), you write to apelaciones@remedio.mx. The founder reads every appeal personally.
POINT 05
Your liability policy is on you.
Remedio requires an individual medical liability policy in force with a recognized Mexican insurer. That's your cover in a clinical dispute with the patient. Remedio doesn't insure your medical practice.
